1. About GIOIA Lodge
GIOIA Lodge is a family-owned, luxury 8,400 sq. ft. mountain home located in Clyde, NC. Nestled in the Smoky Mountains near the Blue Ridge Parkway, our property offers a tranquil escape with panoramic views, modern amenities, and warm, inviting interiors. 


2. Booking Information
All bookings must be made through our official Airbnb or Vrbo listings. To reserve your stay:

  • Select your dates
  • Complete the reservation process on the booking platform
  • For special requests, message us directly through the platform

    GIOIA Lodge is equipped with a wide range of modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay, including:

    4. Parking
    Free private parking is available on the property for all guests. The driveway accommodates multiple vehicles securely and conveniently.

 
5. Pets
Pets are not permitted at GIOIA Lodge in order to maintain the comfort, cleanliness, and well-being of all guests.

 
6. Parties & Events
Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. GIOIA Lodge is designed as a peaceful retreat, and we ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the space and neighborhood.

 
7. Grocery Stores & Restaurants
Grocery stores, restaurants, and local shops are available within a 5-mile radius. We provide a curated list of our favorite local spots in the welcome guide inside the lodge.

 
8. Contacting the Host
During your stay, the host can be contacted through the Airbnb or Vrbo messaging systems. For emergencies, a direct contact number will be listed in the printed welcome guide.

 
9. House Rules & Guidelines
All guests are expected to follow the house rules outlined in our Airbnb or VRBO listing.
